Return & Exchange Policy
Fulfillment Partner: All orders are fulfilled by Printful and are therefore subject to Printful’s return policy (summarized below). By purchasing from the Goose Creek Association Online Store, you agree to these terms.
If there’s a problem with your order
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
Packages lost in transit: Submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our error: If a claim is deemed an error on our/Printful’s part, the costs to replace/resolve are covered at our expense.
To start a claim: submit a problem report (include your order number, photos, and a brief description).
Returns & where to send them
The return address is set to a Printful facility by default. When a returned shipment is received, you’ll get an automated email notification.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If the Printful facility is not used as the return address, you (the customer) become liable for any returned shipments you receive and any associated handling.
Wrong or insufficient address
If an address provided at checkout is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.
Exchanges & buyer’s remorse
Because each item is made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size/color or buyer’s remorse. Please review size guides and product details before purchasing. (If you need help choosing a size, reach out—happy to assist before you order.)
